The scope for Management in the Fisheries sector includes three sub-indicators: Green Procurement, Policy & Programme and Human Capital. SUB-INDICATOR REQUIREMENT OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE FOR ASSESSMENT EXAMPLE GREEN PRACTICES GREEN PROCUREMENT Demonstration of green procurement practices occurring in the organisation Records and documentation such as policies and standards, agreements, purchase records, etc. • Incorporate a return policy into green procurement contract. • Incorporate green procurement into the existing procurement practice. • Record keeping the green purchasing documents. POLICY AND PROGRAMME Demonstration of policies and programmes practices occurring in the organisation that support Green Practices Records and documentation such as MoU, MoA, IP, etc. • Develop a return policy related to sustainable practices in aquaculture. • Prepare proper documentation or records related to sustainable practices in aquaculture. • Prepare SOP for chlorination to standardise the amount of Chlorine released to the water environment of the aquaculture operation. HUMAN CAPITAL Demonstration of a human capital development programme in the organisation that supports Green Practices Records and documentation such as policies and standards, records of training, etc. • Develop a return policy related to human capital development for sustainable aquaculture operations. 44 GREEN PRACTICES GUIDELINE FOR FISHERIES SECTOR (AQUACULTURE)
